When I started showing up to Zoe's classes I'd always had a very secretive desire to dance like the girls I saw online videos. They had confidence, they were sexy and they were enjoying themselves. Every time l'd ever wanted to dance l had never experienced those feelings. So, I wanted to challenge the narrative I had created in my head that "I can't dance, " I couldn't look like that" and "I can't be confident like that..." | CAN BE ALL THESE THIMNGS. It's been a journey of ups and downs, learning and connecting. Zoe and her classes bring me up and challenge me. They have supported healing I didn't know i had to do.
